How do I arrange to buy tickets for someone requiring DDA tickets?
All accessibility tickets for ZAYN will be available online only, on a first come first served basis.
This event is stalls standing – the only seating on the ground floor will be on the access platforms. All other seats will be upstairs in the circle (please note that there is no lift at the venue, and approximately 30 steps up to the circle then 2 steps per row once inside).
As well as the access platforms, there will also be some stalls standing and circle seated tickets available to book with a free companion ticket. *Please ensure that both the full price ticket and free companion ticket are purchased at the same time.
*Please note: companion ticket holders should be able to meet the needs of and assist the person they are accompanying in the event of an emergency.
The venue will contact all successful access customers to request supporting documentation to prove eligibility. These include the below:
- Valid Access Card
- Front page of DLA/PIP letter
- Deaf or blind registration
- Front page of attendance allowance
- Letter War Disablement Pension
Where evidence is not provided by the deadline given, orders will be cancelled and refunded.
