Bags & Cloakroom
As the safety of our customers is always our main priority we have increased our security measures which affects bags that can be brought into the venue. All bags will be searched upon entry to the building and only reasonably-sized handbags may be taken into the auditorium. Please avoid bringing large bags or suitcases to events as our cloakroom will not be able to store them. Please do not leave any of your belongings unattended.
Our cloakroom is situated just within the front doors on the far left hand side and costs £2 per item. It will be open from when the venue doors open and is subject to availability due to limited space.
The unauthorised use of photographic and recording equipment at the venue is prohibited. Tapes or films may be destroyed. Laser pens, dogs (except guide dogs) and your own food and drink are also prohibited. Alcoholic drinks may be taken into the auditorium in plastic containers, so long as they have been purchased at one of several bars within the venue.
Glassware, smoking and the use of electronic cigarettes are strictly forbidden inside the auditorium. All shows operate on a no readmission policy. The Eventim Apollo requests that customers respect the local residents by leaving the area quietly.
"Doors Open" time is usually notified at the time of booking and on the ticket. Set times are normally only confirmed and made available at the Eventim Apollo box office on the day of the concert.
All advertised times are subject to change so we strongly recommend you check with the box office prior to your arrival to avoid disappointment.
14s and under need to be accompanied by an adult (over 18) and advised to be in the seated areas only as view may be restricted in the standing areas.
For all shows, children under the age of two years are not admitted and accompanying adults will be asked to remove any noisy children. If any discounts are available for children the maximum age to qualify is 16 years unless specified otherwise.
Where age restrictions apply customer may be asked to produce ID.
Regardless of age, everyone will need a physical ticket to enter a show.
The unauthorised use of cameras, video or any other form of recording equipment is strictly prohibited. 35mm and small digital cameras are permitted at most events but professional cameras with a detachable zoom lens are not. At certain events, the promoter may request a ban on all photography and signs to this effect will be displayed at all entrances.
