Keeping you safe at events
Welcome to Eventim Apollo – it’s great to have you back.
You’ll notice we’ve made some important changes. And it’s all for the safety of you, and our staff.
We all have a role to play in acting responsibly to beat the pandemic, so all event customers will be now be agreeing to these 3 measures through our venue terms and conditions:
- I will wear a face covering throughout my visit, in line with the mandatory government guidelines.
- I agree to my data and those I am responsible for being made available to NHS for contact tracing.
- I agree I will adhere to the prevailing government guidelines for attending events, which may be different in the future to those known now.
This will help us to be able to run a responsible, safe event and there are a number of steps we have taken to do so:
Under government guidelines the wearing of face coverings is mandatory at all times during your visit. These can be safely removed when eating and drinking while you’re in your seats.
We’ve enhanced all cleaning, before, during and after your visit. You’ll see hand sanitiser units throughout the venue.
We've introduced a strict clear bag policy so we can carry out security screening contact-free. Only one see-through bag is allowed per person.
All ticketing is now digital using Eventim UK. You and your guests will need to download the Eventim UK app to access your tickets and have them scanned as you go into the venue.
The Eventim Apollo is a cashless venue. We’ll only accept contactless or card payments.
Inside the venue you’ll find new one-way systems, which are clearly marked. Our Front of House staff will be on hand to direct you to your seats.
Customers can order a range of drinks and snacks via their mobile phones which will be delivered to their seat by a member of staff.
We will be using staggered entry times to minimise queuing. Please check the entry time at point of purchase.
We will ask you to scan the venue QR code linked to the NHS Track and Trace system on entry to the venue.
At the end of the show please follow the directions from staff who will show you to the quickest exit.
Our new seating plan leaves a 1m gap in front of, behind and in between groups to allow for social distancing in the auditorium.
We recommend planning how you’ll get here in advance. Head to our transport page for more information on these services, as well as private hire options and the Tube.
We’ll send you all the information you need to know about your visit in advance. It is also available on The Eventim Apollo website. If there’s anything you need while you’re here, our customer services team will be on hand to help you.
Please remember: if you’re feeling unwell, you must not visit The Eventim Apollo.
